  • No Chargebacks: Attempting to open a dispute or chargeback through your bank or payment processor (e.g., PayPal, Stripe) will result in an automatic and permanent ban from the Etheria Network and our Discord server.
  • Accidental Purchases: Please double-check your Minecraft username and the items in your cart before checking out. We cannot transfer items between accounts if a mistake was made.

2. Virtual Items and Ranks

All items purchased on this store are virtual goods with no real-world value.

  • Purchasing a rank or item does not exempt you from the server rules. If you are banned for violating community guidelines (e.g., cheating, harassment), you will not be entitled to a refund.
  • We reserve the right to change, modify, or remove features associated with ranks or items at any time to maintain game balance.

3. Delivery of Goods

Most items are delivered within 10 to 15 minutes of a successful payment.

  • You must be online at the time of purchase to receive some items.
  • If you have not received your items after 24 hours, please contact our support team via our official Discord with proof of purchase (Transaction ID).
